They are always quick to respond to any questions or requests and their team is very committed to meeting customer needs. This company is not worth your time or money. They do not seem to have any real expertise in smartShift Application Modernization or Cloud transformation Services. In fact their website says they offer Application Modernization and Cloud transformation Services. But what they actually do is provide a service that uses big data and artificial intelligence to analyze your current work process and recommend changes that will improve efficiency and productivity. Unfortunately this service does not seem to have anything whatsoever to do with application modernization or cloud transformations - its just a way for them to make you pay lots of money for something that doesnt actually change anything. Save yourself the trouble and try another company if you want something better done than simply paying someone else to tell you what to do.

I have had some good experiences with smartshifttech.com but this past experience is not worth the review. I purchased a single sign-on account and then within a few days encountered an issue from the company due to their newpolicy You need at least 10 20 or 30 accounts in order to use their app.I would not recommend this business to others.

I just changed my review to bad because I dont like the service that we receive. We are given no information or choice in how we want to use our account and the end result is that we are overcharged for services we dont use or do not need.We have been charged for activities that were never used or did not exist in our account even when we changed our mind about this behavior.This is a total mess and I would not recommend these services to anyone.
