"We Were Extremely Disappointed With This Company."

We were extremely disappointed with this company. We hired them to create a DNN Shopping Cart Module for our ecommerce website and they didnt even bother to do any of the work themselves They just provided us with an existing template that they claimed we could use without their help. We ended up having to spend hours trying to make changes to it ourselves and then having to send them feedback after the fact because they never fixed the issues we had. In addition their prices were incredibly high compared to other companies we looked at. Overall we would not recommend this company unless you are willing to completely redo your entire ecommerce website from scratch.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE COMPLETELY UNHONEST AND WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY QUESTIONS YOU MAY HAVE ABOUT THEIR SERVICES. THE TECHNICIAN THAT HELPED ME WITH MY BUSINESS NEED WAS A TOTAL BUST - HE SAID HE HAD NO KNOWLEDGE ABOUT WHAT HE WAS DOING WHEN I ASKED HIM ABOUT SHOPPING CART MODULES. ALSO THE MAN WHO HELPED ME WITH MY E-COMMERCE OPERATION WAS PIRATEY - HE CLAIMS TO BE AN EXPERTS IN NET CORE CONSTRUCTION BUT WE FOUND OUT HIS NAME IS JAMES TAYLOR AND HES NEVER EVEN WORKed ON A NET CORE PROJECT BEFORE. IT REALLY SUCKS WHEN SOMEONE MAKING A MISTAKE LIKE THAT IN THE BUSINESS

I have had terrible experiences with this company. The customer service is terrible and they are all about selling their own product. They told me that my DNN Shopping Cart Module was not up to par and that I should not have been using it. They also said that I should not have used it because it wasnt working correctly. Overall I have had very poor experiences with this company and I would not recommend them to anyone.
