"I Just Got Out Of My First Job As"

I just got out of my first job as a software engineer at a tech company because I was determined that I would not be a part of the software engineering team anymore. I had been working on a project for one year that was due for release and it finally did. But the release went back in time to early access and I never received an email about it. I found out that my old boss had originally assigned me to this project without proper due diligence. So I took my campaign into the company and they said youre dismissed. They also told me that there is no way that I could have known about this project and that I was only given the DILUTIONAL rating because of the lack of evidence against the claim. However now that I know I would have been blacklisted from working on this project at all. Horrible customer service

I absolutely hated my job at software management company. I was the only person in my team who knew everything about every program and they were always trying to teach me new things. They never actually had anything good on their plate and just did all the same things. It was the worst job ever.
