Sna-tech.com is a terrible company I have had to keep up with subscription for over a year now and the service has been poor at best. I have used many of the technologies offered and it is finally Service readyI have sent customer service through email and they are more interested in responding to comments made by other customers than taking any action on the issues I have brought forward. Do not bother trying to get help from this company.
