NHD.com reviewI have had enough of the SnapNHD.com customer service Every time I make a report I am given a comprehensive Tenant Flood Reports which is perfect for finding out what has been going on and why. However in less than 2 months they have delivered 247 reports - each one with comprehensive tenancy flood reports delivered like never before. Maybe its their attention to detail or maybe Im just not using the service correctly but every time I try and resolve this myself they send someone else down the road to another company that cant or dont want to handle this type of work. Overall I think this business should be ashamed of themselves and should be punished by the companys name.
