1 Do not use this company They are terrible at managing IT services and their prices are outrageous. They will give you the run around and make it difficult to get your service started. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.2 I had a great experience with Snap Tech IT until they dropped my service because of some new regulations that came into effect. It was really inconvenient as I couldnt do anything about it because they didnt have my old contract in place yet. Save yourself the time money and headache by finding someone else to manage your IT services.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience working with snap tech. The services I received were terrible and I would not recommend them to anyone. Their customer service is terrible too which makes it even worse. Overall I did not enjoy my experience here and I would not recommend them to anyone.

They offer managed IT services and the user reported that they have not been able to resolve any issues since joining the company This is terrible customer service and I would recommend not signing up for management services with this company.
