The company is terrible. Ive had to call them multiple times to get help with my computer and its always been a mess. The people on the phone are usually really unhelpful and dont seem to care about their customers. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I started using snecsllc.com because the customer service was wonderful at this location. I have been a customer for about 2 years now and have never had a problem. The best thing about their service is their support staff who are always willing to help. They also offer several other services that are great like tech support or repair services. But the biggest benefit of using Snecsllc.com is the delivery fast free shipping on orders over 99 which is very important to me because I am an international person. Although I have worked in this business for many years it is the first time I am using their online checkout and it was very easy to do. Thank you for having a great website and customer service
