I have never had such terrible service from a company in my life. I ordered an extra set of skis and they never received them. I called and there was no one available to help me the customer service number was disconnected and after talking to multiple people who told me that it would be a long wait for my skis I finally got through to someone who said Its going to be about two months before your skis come. WHAT TWO MONTHS ARE YOU KIDDING ME Myskis came OUT OF THE BAG IN TWO MONTHS What is wrong with these people

I bought a snowcap for my home and it works great However after about two months of use the battery died. I contacted the company and they said that it was their policy to not warranty products that have been used in an unreasonable amount of time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This Company Is A disasterSnowCaptech is a terrible company. I have been use this company for 2 years now and there has not been one issue with my package. This past month there was a issue with my package again which they did not know about until after the fact. I had to call them up twice to get it fixed and they were very slow in getting it fixed. They also offer no customer service so you cant even try and do anything yourself.

SnowCaptech.com is a terrible website that is currently being used by someone to find reviews for other businesses before they start using it. The website is trying to be star-like and allows users to add their reviews of other businesses on it but it is not actually working anything close to being helpful. The site also features a lot of pictures of people taking surveys and others in front of screens looking at data collected from snow machines. This makes it very difficult to handle as it seems like someone was just put together with help from the company and then they didnt perform well in any real tests.
