Snowfly is a terrible employee engagement and incentive company. Their employees are always eager to offer tips or rewards but they never give the slightest indication that they are actually given a lot of credit. The only thing that they seem to be hurry to receive is a positive feedback score. However very few people even know this about the company. Instead they are marketed as being an online snowboarding service.
