I was promised a 500 check for my trouble but never received it. The support people are crooks as well - theyll tell you their software will fix your issue and then try to charge you money for it. is terrible.I would not recommend this company to anyone. They do not seem to care about their customers at all and provide very little in the way of support. I had to contact them multiple times for help with a problem that was simple but required more than what they were able to offer me. In the end it cost me more than what I would have paid elsewhere and I would definitely not use them again.
