Im not sure what the problem is but Ive been using Socialrophos for almost two years now and have never had such poor customer service. The first time I got a wrong or incomplete contact list they didnt do anything about it until I got so sick of the same excuses. Then I started leaving feedback then my account was terminated for being too critical. Now that Socialrophos has gone out of business Ive lost all my customers with them.
