They charge you for their tools and even though they say the tools will help you track your social media activity there is no way to track that at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

is a company that specializes in social media scheduling and marketing services for businesses of all sizes.I have had the pleasure of using SocialPilot for the past year and a half. They are an amazing tool to help with social media scheduling and marketing services. However they are so susceptible to Shortcomings. First and foremost their pricing model is very competitive but also with every purchase you make they offer a free trial so you can test out what it is best for you. However the free trials they offer dont always work out well as they usually expire after a few days or weeks. Secondly their customer service is excellent but definitely not everyone is dealt with evenly. I experienced quickly low points at first then slowly as the really needed to get past them and continue with my experience now. Overall I would highly recommend SocialPilot to anyone looking for an great social media scheduling resource

My website didnt even work for them on the first try. Just because I used their software doesnt mean it was their fault. And the worse part is that I had to waste my time trying to fix it because they would not listen to me about my request.I would not recommend this product or this company to others.

However Ive found that their software often feels like a waste of time and resources.
