I have never had such a terrible experience with any company in my life. There was no effort made to be customer friendly and the entire process from beginning to end was incredibly frustrating. We did not receive our order until after 10pm on the night it was supposed to arrive which added an even morefactor to the frustration. Definitely do not recommend this company.

1. Do not use this company They are terrible at their job and could never make it simple for anyone. Save yourself the trouble and just dont use them.2. I ordered a computer from Sofka and within 10 days it was broken. I had to go to customer service and they were absolutely terrible They said that I needed to send them pictures of the broken computer so they could fix it but never did. In fact even after sending all of these pictures they still wouldnt fix it And when I asked why they didnt do anything they just said well because we dont have a warranty. So if youre looking for something easy and not worth your time then avoid Sofka at all costs
