The SoftState Technologies website is very poorly designed and user friendly. The navigation is confusing the pages are difficult to read and the font size is small. Additionally there are errors on many of the pages. Overall this company does not seem to be up to par with other soft state companies in terms of design and usability.

I have never used Soft State Technologies before but I was extremely disappointed with their products. The website is very user-friendly and the prices for their products are very reasonable however the quality of their products is quite poor. For example one of my soft state devices stopped working after just a few months and Soft State Technologies could not find any information about why it stopped working. Additionally one of my soft state devices had a defect in it which they were unable to repair. Overall I would not recommendSoftState Technologies to anyone.
