.COMI would not recommend this company to anyone. The softbistro.com website is very poorly designed and its difficult to find what youre looking for when you search through their site. Also the customer service was terrible - they were never able to help me with anything I needed and they never replied to my emails either. Overall I would not recommend this company if youre looking for a custom software development company.

.COMI just registered with this company and Im so sorry I did. The service is terrible. They dont know how to do anything. They keep telling me my software needs to be updated and when I tell them it doesnt they just say its because of the beta testing program that I joined. And then theres their attitude - always screaming at you trying to get your attention even if youre doing nothing wrong. Stay away from this company

COMPANYusual problems with customer service and lack of customer service in generalI recently worked with Softbistro.com and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a business that makes custom software development products. However I did have some issues with customer service in general. The customer service was usually unhelpful and there were typically no services or solutions provided for when a customer needed them. For example I had an issue with my customers software development products which led to a long and complicated problem. In addition the customer service here was generally not good enough to make me trust them again with my business information or my time.

Once you sign up theres a very long process of registration and verification until you get to the login. page. And in order to be able to access your account you need to provide some idc information including your name address phone number etc. and after that youre on your own. The other part of this process is trying out the new software development company clotheslady1s program. Its not as easy as it seems. You input all of the information into a search engine form or somewhere like Google AdWords where there are already reviews about softbistro.com.
