SoftClouds LLC, Review Specifics:
Ive used this company for 3 years now and have to say that Im always disappointed. They never seem to meet my needs or Meeting my expectations which often leads to bad results. Sometimes its taking forever to get responses to questions I asking not necessarily being personal but just making sure everyone has a point. Other times they dont give me what I want because the right tools or values are not being delivered at the right time. Overall Ive had mixed experiences with SoftClouds and their CRM product.
