SUPPORTDo not even bother using this company as they are the worst. I had to call them multiple times to get my computer help and it was always someone who couldnt understand me because of the language barrier. The support staff is also absolutely terrible especially their customer service agent.

INGI just bought a ticket to the show myself I have never had such terrible customer service. Ive had to call customer service they dont answer their phone and they keep saying We dont like to give feedback but we think thisoad is off during the phone call. And then when I eventually get through to customer service they are like What Whats wrong and said that its not their responsibility to NOT provide assistance. Softechis.com makes so much money from advertising and marketing a loozas style website where you can spend your money on unhealthy foods as opposed to healthy ones.
