Do not waste your time with this company. They are only in it for the money and dont actually care about their customers. Ive had to call them multiple times to get my software updated because they never sent it out and now my hard drive is fried because of it. Do not bother with this company if you want decent software at a good price.

I have never had such a terrible experience with any online business. The website is extremely easy to navigate but the customer service is TERRIBLE. I contacted them about a software issue and was immediately told to go away and never come back. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I just got out of a 5 day job and am low on money. I saw this site and it looked like they had the same problem with me. I clicked on one of the servICESs and was taken to a page where you can try out their product. I chose to try out a service and when I hit the try it today button my account was started but my account number wasnt counted as part of the service. I click on the purchase now button and was taken to a page where you can pick up what you have purchase. After clicking on updates I found out that I already had my purchase made and needed to go ahead and pay for it. Thank you for making this site safe for me

I just got out of a year of school and started fresh with new goals set for me.softimes was a much needed solution to my problem. I now havejob options and cant be 2 weeks behind in my payments.I started softimes because I wanted to be able to pay my taxes on time and eventually without worry. It is everything I had hoped for and more. The customer service was excellent and I highly recommend them.

I have never been so disappointed in the past two years withsofthem. I have used them a countless times for work school and now home services. I have never had such terrible experiences as when I was last here. I am not sure what is going on but they need to get a lot of money out of their customers and this is not it.
