I am not a developer or consultant but I would not recommend Softocean GmbH to anyone. They do not seem to be in the business of providing quality software development services but rather taking advantage of their clients who are. The developer I worked with was very unprofessional and rude and he did not seem to understand what he was doing when he started working on my project. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.
