I ordered a softpak for my son and I was very disappointed with the product. The softpak had serious flaws that made it not work at all. The seams were coming apart the fabric was thin and it looked terrible. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This company softpak.com is a complete scam. I ordered a package of SoftPak and it arrived with serious damage. There were multiple tears in the fabric as well as several tiny pieces of plastic that had been cut off. The entire package was covered in dirt and debris. Needless to say I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

However I cannot find any information about how to resolve this issue. iBinding is working perfectly fine but it seems like softpak.com is not taking care of their customers well enough.
