I have had great experience using softresources.com. However I have now left the company and found that there are many bad reviews. 1 The customer service is terrible - they are always quick to provide a new review but then quickly remove the old one 2 Theandra is a amazing expert in her field but she only has one review and its negative 3 The companies they use are not good - too much focus on software selection and evaluation instead of software selection and consulting 4 There is too much focus on short-term fixes over long-term solutions - very important in this industry I would recommend leaving the company and going somewhere else if you want to find good customer service and good expertise in their field.

I just returned from softresources.com and absolutely terrible experience The customer service was horrible- they were not willing to help me at all. The site isfolkiddle.com level of software is so high that its very difficult to be happy on this website. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
