They never seem to have the appropriate information when it comes time to renew their contracts or change anything which makes it a very difficult process overall. Im not impressed with this company at all. Ive used them for two years now and the only thing good about them is that theyre always affordable. The other thing bad is that their services are terrible. They dont seem to be very responsive to customer service requests and even when they do answer its usually in a way that makes me really angry. Overall I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

I was this companys customer service representative for a while. I did not enjoy my experience. The level of support they offer is poor. They are always happy to help but they provide no help in anyway when it comes to support. The phone numbers for their support people are small and the options for getting help areless. Its hard to find someone to talk to about support because everyone has a computer and all the numbers have been trademarked. And even though they say softrimcom they do not have any of the original owners on hand. So if you want to call them on time you will need to stand up and leave quickly Not good customer service

I have had two previous experiences with this company and they have never been good. Todays experience was not any different than the others. I tried getting my account taken away from their website but it does not work. Im currently using Softrsem and it is the worst case of ballers Ive ever experienced. Save your money and dont even go here.

I have had trouble with this company multiple times. The last time was when they somehow managed to get my name and address without any HP help. When I email them about the issue they are not willing to solve the problem right away. They say that there is too much commotion and that they need time to research the problem. I feel like they are just trying to take advantage of me by getting revenge for me having their exact issue taken care of before. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
