Our customer service is second to none so if you need help finding the right software or want to ask a question about a product you can always count on Soft Tech to be there for youThank goodness I found Soft Tech online because even though my last companys windows had been done 10 years ago I was a doorman their Door Genie software still worked great... but it was getting expensive. I called them up they were very nice on the phone sent me an email with all of their new features and then also gave me a discount code for free shipping when I placed my order The old windows must have looked good from where I stood 10 years ago but now theyre obsolete - THANKS

They are in the business of selling software for the window and door industry but instead they provide very poor quality products that do not work at all. I have had several problems with my soft tech products and have been forced to return them all. Do not bother using this company

is a complete ripoffSoft Tech is a total ripoff. I ordered software that was supposed to help with my window and door business but it only worked on my computer. I had to call the company and they said they would send me another version of the software so I could start using it. But then when I got the new version it didnt work either. They told me I needed to return the product and get a refund. This is not something you should do if youre in the business of selling windows or doors.

Company is a company that I have had several problems with. The first issue was that my computer would not stay on the screen for more than a few seconds at a time. I found out that it was because of some type of algorithm that Soft Tech had set up that would do this. I could have just as easily been using my phone or something else to keep me from having any problem with staying on the screen. The second issue was even worse. I also had other computers with this issue and both issues were same thing softtech had the problem. The third and most serious issue is that Soft Tech Company does not take customer satisfaction seriously when they come back to forth between themselves and giving customers their money back which is extremely standard practice when anything goes wrong with a product youve bought from them. Once again softtech has done this again and again. I would not recommend softtechcom to anyone who wants to purchase anything from them.
