Dont get me wrong I love Softwaredesign.ie. The guy who created my website is a genius and his work is top quality. But there are two things about this company that really dont sit well with me the price and the lack of customer service. First lets start with the price I paid 349 for an entire design project - which includes everything from designing my homepage to creating all of the graphics on my social media accounts Facebook Twitter etc.. And even though Softwaredesign has always been very affordable in the past Im starting to feel like their prices have gotten out of hand lately. Second their customer service has always been terrible My last project was only completed a few weeks ago and yet I still havent received any response from them whatsoever... despite having sent them multiple emails and phone calls over the course of several months Needless to say this isnt going to be renewing my contract anytime

Overall experience was terrible. We were promised 1 day turn around and only received a call the next day to say that we needed to start from scratch. All our work was done in a hurry and it looked terrible. We would not recommend this company to anyone

Do not use this company They are terrible at everything. From the beginning they were very slow in getting back to me with any changes I made to my design project and then they charged me for a service that I never received. Plus the whole process was very amateurish - there were just too many errors in their documentation and software selection. Wouldnt recommend at all

I am very disappointed with the work that Softwaredesign.ie has done for me. I have had to contact them multiple times because my website is not up and running as it should be and they are not able to help me at all. They also charge a fortune for their services which is not worth it in my opinion.

I have had the displeasure of working with this company on two occasions now. The first time was when they were supposed to be doing a design for me and instead created something entirely different that wasnt even close to what I wanted. The second time they didnt actually finish the job until after it was months later due to some other project they were working on at the same time. both times their work was terrible and not worth the price of their services. do not bother using them if youre looking for any kind of help with your Web Design projects

I have had the unfortunate experience of working with this company twice now. Both times I was very disappointed with the results. The first time I worked with them I thought - well maybe I can get something that they can use even if its not what I want. And then when I got the call from them about a design project for my business things started to change. My business is all about service and secondly customer service so its really important to me that my goals are met and that what Im offering them is worth their time and money. But instead of meeting my needs first and then trying to meet them they were always before me taking on new projects which never happened because they never took the request out of their plate. Instead of doing what was needed they did what themselves - no matter how hard it was which made customer after customer die off as a result. And the worst part is that Ive been with them for this long an experience and its

I am not impressed with softwaredesign.ie. The website is easy to navigate and fun to use but the design and layout of the site is very old-fashioned and unprofessional. The site looks like it was made by people who didnt know how to use computers anymore. Its humblytile and clean but they dont always seem to get it right. Theyre usually not that bad though - my biggest complaint about softwaredesIGN is that theyre often too serious about their work and the content is often boring or outdated.This company is just a waste of time and money.
