I am a business user and I have never written a negative review before. However this company softwareestrategico.com is really terrible. The first time I used their service they did not work at all. After trying different programs and services their was no improvement so I stopped using them. Now about 4 months later the same problem still exists- the program does not work properly or it takes forever to load. Do not use this company

I was very disappointed with company softwareestrategico.com. The digital marketing company they represent is a complete waste of money and time. They did not even seem to be able to provide me with any helpful information about their services let alone help me take advantage of them. In addition the cognitive transformation services they offer are nothing more than a total scam - I never received anything close to what I was promised. Do not bother giving these people your business - youll be much better off looking elsewhere.

I have never had such terrible customer service. The representative told me that I needed to send them pictures of my dog because she ate his hair and when I sent him pictures of my cat he said she was feline and not a real cat. Then he said that there was no way for me to get the software because it wasnt compatible with Softgics website. Finally after all this trouble they gave me a software that wasnt compatable with their website at all This company is a joke and I dont recommend them to anyone.

I would not recommend this softwareestrategico.com because of the poor quality of their products and customer service. I had issues with my softgic digital product and was remedies through customer service but then there were other problems with the product that I couldnt seem to solve. Overall Im disappointed with this company and will not be using them again in the future.
