I am very disappointed with company softwarefolks.coms customer service. I entered in my phone number and was told that I needed to change it because I had been granted a credit. The process was completed quickly but when I contacted customer service they could not help me because their phone number had been changed. They said that I needed to send an email to a certain person at company softwarefolks.com and after sending an email I was able to contact customer service. They were too busy working so there was no way that they would be able to help me out. The end result is that I have given up on this customer service for good. There is no other way to get in touch with them other than to leave negative reviews which is what we recommend otherwise someone might as well just give up and not even try at all.
