Ive had to call them multiple times and they always say the same things Were sorry but youll have to wait a bit longer. And then they charge you for the delay Dont go here if you want your money back.

I have used this company for the past 5 years and I am very disappointed with their work ethic customer service and overall quality of their products. The most recent project they completed was a disaster. They did not properly take into consideration our requirements or budget which caused us to lose a lot of money. My advice is never use them again

since 2006I was this companys customer for many years and they were always here to help me out. But recently they have started making different decisions with my software development projects than what I had chosen before. For example they now wants me to take on additional responsibilities like coding and project management instead of simply providing me with the software and leaving it to go about my own project. This has made it difficult for me to complete my projects as a result. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
