I have never used this company before and am extremely disappointed. I called them to ask about a support ticket for my computer and the person I spoke with was incredibly unhelpful and did not seem interested in helping me. In addition their prices are exorbitant compared to other IT Support Services companies in New York City. Overall I would avoid this company if possible.

Soshos is a terrible user review site. I have used it multiple times and it has resulted in me helping someone who is having a problem with their computer because of them not because I want to. The only time where something I offer helps someone is when they ask for help with a problem their company has and Soshos is never going to get that far. Its frustrating enough working with a site like that but trying to help people who are asking for advice are they couldnt even bring themselves to do that on their own site.I would not recommend using Soshos any way possible.
