I have never had such terrible customer service from a company before. I reached out to them for help with my computer and they refused to do anything because it was their day off. I then reached out to them for help with my internet and they told me that my internet was not working and that I needed to get a new one because the one I had was six years old. They also said that if I ever needed any help with my IT services or backup services they would be happy to offer those services but only if it was during their business hours. In short this company is an Absolute scam - do not even try calling them

I have had good experience with them so far. The service is very fast service and they offer a great support team. I would recommend this business to anyone
