I recently bought a Solec system from company solec.com and was incredibly disappointed with the product. The system is extremely difficult to set up and use and the customer service was very unhelpful. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not use this company Do not even think about it. They are the worst. I have never had such terrible luck with a company in my life. The entire experience was so terrible that I just unsubscribed from their email list and stopped using their website altogether. Save your money and dont use them at all

Do not use this company They are terrible at customer service and do not understand what they are selling. I have had to contact them multiple times to get my system fixed and they always say it will take a week or two. In reality it usually takes several weeks. The last time I contacted them they said that because my order was placed over the holiday season they would not be able to process my order and send it out until after New Years Eve. Finally got through to them on New Years Day and told them that I did not place an order over the holiday season and now would have to wait another week for my refund Do not bother with Solec Systems Inc.
