Im extremely unhappy with Solid Solutions. They have failed on every level Ive tried to communicate with them. From the beginning they were very unprofessional and refused to do anything about my project. After a long and frustrating effort I gave up and replaced my entire project with a competitor. This was just one example of how unprofessional and ineffective Solid Solutions has been.

There is nothing to like about Solid Solutions. The company seems to be in the business of making their clients happy and their businesses successful. However I have had a few negative experiences with them. First the customer service representatives are always very nice but they do not seem to care about their customers satisfaction. Second some of the projects that I have worked on have been quite difficult and require a great deal of time and effort just to complete them - even though Solid Solutions told me that it would take weeks or even months. Finally there has been one occasion where my project was completed late and without any proper documentation or explanation - which made it pretty difficult for me to figure out exactly what had happened during the process. Overall I would not recommendSolid Solutions to anyone.
