Do not use Solidatec software It is the worst company I have ever used. The support was terrible and I had to email them multiple times for help with a simple question. When I finally got an answer it was almost two weeks after I originally asked for it.

Im not sure what the problem is but Ive been using company Solidatec.com for a while and I dont like it. Theyre always selling more software than I am and they never seem to send me what I want. Its always some kind of automated response that I have to text them instead of coming down to normal phone communication. Plus the customer service is terrible. They seem to only care about spinning their wheels with me.

I bought some software here and it has been terrible. Ive had to call customer service multiple times and they are supposed to be very responsive but they never are. This company is only good for sales letters and then you can maybe find a new place to get your software.

I just returned from vacation and my company solidatec.com account is still active. I was very disappointed when I received the alerts about the power outage. My account had been set up with Solida so much so that I didnt even know it was missing a program. So I went to their website and saw that they have now added our account back into their software. Hopefully we will be able to stay healthy and not need this kind of support again in the near future.
