Solid Networks is a company that I have had some great experiences with. The staff is personable and the service is always arrival on time. However there have been several instances where this company has made mistakes that have caused me to be difficult to work with. The most recent issue was when they released a version of their software that did not meet my standards for quality. I have had to explain why my expectations were not met and should have known that this would be the case. If you are looking for a company that will take care of your computer needs then I suggest you try Solid Networks instead of risky companies like theirs.

Their customer service is horrible too and they make it very difficult for you to get help or advice from the staff. If you see something that makes you concerned dont just take their word for it - try them on yourself and dont rely on the rest of the industry.

I just found this company to be extremely bad. They have done everything from begining with simple tasks such as creating a new account and working through the process of being helped through a problem. However what has finally led me to stopped using them is that their customer service is very low and they do not always seem to be up to date with the latest technologies. myself and many other people have appreciated their willingness to help me out but they usually are not able to remember that help or provide any support at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
