"I Have Had Solitontech Ownership For A Little Over A"

I have had solitontech ownership for a little over a year now and already I have issues. I have had to call them multiple times to ask for changes in their software and then Have them email me different instructions on how to make the changes. In addition they have never been good about fulfilling expectations - this latest experience with their software left me feeling angry frustrated and often secluded from the company culture.The whole process started with my demands that the software learn how to read my test data. After two weeks of asking they finally learned how to read my data and gave me a refund Thank you thank you thank you The culture at solitontech is one of control and opinion-drivenAtlantic Monthly 17-Aug-2013We just got our SolitonTech software back from development and he completely redesigned everything including the help files that were supposed to come after the software was published. This was chronically late and created Huge headaches for us.

I have never had such trouble with a company before. This one was different. I started the test and it said the measurer was not responding because of a problem with its hardware. Well me being theaed that and trying to solve the problem I got home from work and found the test machine having a main board failure. So much for this company being a partner for Test Measurement Automation Software Infrastructure.
