Ive since changed my mind and now Im reviewin it for other online platforms Unfortunately this is how most people tend to leave their negative reviews of new companiesThe customer service here is a disaster. The site is way too basic in terms of quality and usability. Most of my criticisms are true but oneL also has a bad thing about them - their Reviews section which seems to be designed more for SEO purposes than helping customers. I have been using company solomonbi.com for over 5 years and have always had a positive experience. However now Im not so sure its worth the risk anymore.
