They are always so helpful in getting my library services moved along and they always go the extra mile to make sure that my needs are taken care of. They are an excellent company and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality home - office services.

"I Dont Think I Have Ever Experienced Such Terrible"

I dont think I have ever experienced such terrible customer service. First off the woman who answered the phone was really arrogant and didnt listen to what I had to say. She also said that my problem couldnt be solved because there were too many people. Then she wouldnt let me speak with a supervisor which is completely unacceptable. So after trying to talk to at least 10 different people over the phone and leaving messages on their voicemail I called Sols again. This time they actually listened to me and created a custom plan for me that was much less expensive than their first offer. However even after paying for it and getting my library card back the website still doesnt work properly - it keeps crashing all the time. In addition their online form doesnt seem very user-friendly so its hard to complete even if you try hard. Overall this company is really unprofessional and not worth your time or money.

I just got my Sols.ORG account and was very impressed with the user interface. However Ive been using it for a few days and its seem to be gone off of course. No news on when will it come back.This company sols.org is terrible I have never seen their website or account name before now.

I just moved to Ontario and I am much happier with company sols.org than I ever was with any other online service. The customer service is always responsive and they make sure you are knew your rights. Definitely recommend if youre looking for a good online care center.
