Ive had to call them multiple times to get my account set up and then they have been terrible at fulfilling their parts of the contract. For example they only had one ad on the site for over two weeks and didnt send me any money until I sent them a support ticket.

I am so sorry to hear about the business solution25.com. We did have a good relationship with them and I think you will be very pleased too. However I think this company is terrible and we had a bad experience with them. They are always quick to offer new services and they do a great job at ofizing new players in the industry. But they can also be incredibly mistakes with their website and they always have the opportunity to improve their service by following a more specific mission statement which would give them a better understanding of what they are doing. I think this was a miscommunication between them and you which could have been easily sorted out if there were any concerns before you took delivery of your site. Thank you for your time I hope everything goes well.
