I had to call them 3 times to get my solution guide personalized for my job because the first time they were wrong and the second time they were too busy and the third time they said it was already personalized so I just wasted my money.

Company Solution Guidance Corporation has terrible customer service. I have had to call them multiple times to get my account set up and its been really frustrating. The personal assistant that I talked to was fantastic and she always helped me out but this time I had to do it myself. She is probably gone right now so if you do too make sure you take the time to let someone else know who does the set up instead of just thepersonal Assistant.

This company is a waste of time and money. I have been using their product for 3 years now and have never had such terrible results. I have tried every single step in the guide its like they are trying to forced me to do it. Its ridiculous when you want to change a word in your guide and cant because you need to below a certain level. And then they try to force you to change the whole thing just because they are getting closer and closer to the end of the guide. Just Avoid this company if you want good customer service and really dont expect more from the industry solutionguidance.com
