Do not use this company. They are terrible at what they do and their customer service is terrible too. I have had to deal with them on 3 separate occasions now and each time it was a nightmare. 1 They dont yet understand how the internet works so when I asked for help multiple times they just said no problem and kept trying to sell me more stuff 2 When I told them my computer wasirus free they still tried to sell me a virus cleaner 3 Finally the last time after spending hours online trying to find something good to say about them I gave up and cancelled my subscription altogether. Do not bother with this business if you want lousy customer service and no solutions.

Ive had a few dealings with this company and can say without a doubt that they are the worst. The customer service is terrible theres no follow-up after orders are placed and their products are absolutely awful. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

I am not happy with Solvative.com. I have had two years of service and has never gotten my work done on time due to the companys chaotic approach. The customer service is always busy but they will not listen to me or let me talk about my problem. I have tried sending feedbacks but it only brings them closer to the edge of their chair until they take action. Thank you for your time but I would recommend otherwise.

I just got out of a bad user review for this company. I found it to be helpful in that it was somebodys first time using Solvative and they had a few questions. However my experience has been much different. In my first review I said something came up on the day of our meeting and I didnt receive a response until after. I live in an online world and was really looking forward to the meeting because I needed to get my fill of new software. Unfortunately not only did I not receive a response but the next day I received a call from customer service asking me to come in for an interview because they had too many other customers for me to meet with. Overall this company is not worth your time or money.
