Do not use this company at all The manger is a complete idiot and does not know anything about IT. I have had to call him multiple times because he just cant seem to get it done right. However I could not be more disappointed with their IT services. From the moment I started my subscription there has been an immediate sense ofality issues. Every time I try to access my account which is almost every day I am informed that there is a security issue and will fixed in future updates. Even after being told many times again and again by the support team they still couldnt get this problem alone it needs our complete attention solvereone.com does not want to help people it wants to harm peopleI originally joined company solvereone.com because I was looking for quality IT services at a reasonable price. I have had 2 Haswell laptops 1 Core I5 and 1 Goddard 8GB1 DDR3 in the past. All three died within a month. Something was wrong with the processors and they needed to be replaced. I have read through all the reviews and found solvereone.com so I could get a new processor and now Im stuck. The computers are not working well or fast or too slowly.
