is a terrible company. I have never had such terrible service from any IT company in my life. My first experience was when I called to ask about my account and they were so unprofessional and refused to help me because they said it wasnt their responsibility. The second time was when I needed to upgrade my computer and they wouldnt do anything because they said it would be too much money. Finally the most recent time was when I needed to set up a new VPN and they told me that it would cost over 200 and there was no way that I could afford it. Do not use this company if you want your data or privacy protected

However there are always going to be some users who will have a negative experience with Son Technology. This user review is from someone who has terrible things said about Son Technology before.1 The support team is not as good as it used to be.2 Its very difficult to find customer service reps that even know what major problems they can address.3 The website ischickagnexs account and everything else on sontechnolife is the same so I cant really say anything positive about her work here. Ive had bad experiences with Son Technology before where other people have told me great things. I dont think this company is worth checking out if youre looking for an average or common sense solution for your business.
