Sooft is a complete mess. I had to contact customer service multiple times because they were not responding to my messages or emails. The first time I was told that they were out of stock and the next time I was told that they would be able to get it to me within 24 hours but then never happened. In the end I received a product that did not work at all and cost me a lot of money. Do not bother using Sooft if you want anything other than terrible customer service.
