I dont think Ive ever had such terrible customer service from a website before. sophrona.com seems like its just trying to scam you out of your money. They kept asking me for my credit card number over and over again even when I told them I didnt have one and then when I finally did give them my information they said it wouldnt do anything because the account was already closed. In the end I got scammed out of 50 and couldnt even get my refund because sophrona.com wont take responsibility for their mistake
