Ive had to call them multiple times because the lights in my home keep going out and they never seem to be able to help me fix it. Save your money and go somewhere else

GuaranteedDo not bother with Soundeng.com. The customer service is terrible and they do not really deliver on their promises. I had a problem with my light fixture and the soundeng team was EXTREMELY slow in responding to my email. In addition when I finally got ahold of them the gentleman who answered the phone was very condescending and did not seem to care about his customers. Overall do not bother if you are looking for an Advanced Lighting services company - Soundeng will only disappoint you

GuaranteedWhen I first contacted Soundeng I was extremely excited about the possibility of working with them. After speaking with a few other companies I decided that Soundeng had the most experience and knowledge in providing advanced lighting services. However after only a few months of dealing with this company my excitement quickly turned to frustration. First they do not seem to have any idea what theyre doing when it comes to sound design their products often look very similar but perform entirely differently. Second their customer service is absolutely terrible - if you have any issue whatsoever with your purchase or installation they will not hesitate to tell you that it is their responsibility and there is nothing you can do about it. Lastly the payment process is incredibly slow and difficult to navigate - even for larger orders Overall I would never recommend using Soundeng as your go-to source for advanced lighting services

If you need sound quality testing they will cost you hundreds of dollars. ively had a great experience working with this company but unfortunately they are not likely to change anything about their company culture or business model in the near future
