I have never had such terrible customer service. I called to cancel an order and they would not let me speak to a supervisor. I waited on hold for 30 minutes and then hung up. Then I called back and they said that the cancellation was valid but that I needed to bring my proof of purchase because it was before the end of the month. Needless to say this company is a total scam
