I have never had such terrible service from a company. The IT consultant that I talked to said he couldnt do anything about my computer because it was too late and I needed to leave for work the next day. Then when I called back they wouldnt even let me speak to him because he was already gone for the day. This is an absolutely terrible experience and I would not recommend this company to anyone.
