Do not use this company. They are the worst I have had to deal with them on a number of occasions and each time it is an experience that I will never want torepeat. The customer service is nonexistent the delivery times are ridiculous and the prices are outrageous. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Southwest Networks, Inc., Review Specifics:
Southwest Networks is a company that I completely invested my money in. Their lines of business have always included Southwest Airlines so I knew they would be reliable. However they have never been as reliable as they should have. For example I never had a issue with their customer service but because of that they got me a card with a bad gift. The problem is that this card had an expiration date that was far too late so there was no way to collect the money I had paid on it. Additionally Southwest Airlines does not offer samples or promotional items for purchase at their store locations so you have to go to the store directly and buy the items. Lastly Southwest Networks does not seem to always keep its promises - for example when I sent them a message asking for someone to come and help me with my account and they did not - then they refused to refund my account even though it was clear from their product information and practices that they not only offer customer service but also
