I would not recommend this company to anyone. I have had negative experiences with other managed IT services companies and Sovran is definitely not one of them. The customer service was terrible and they never Fixed the issue that was happening. They said it would be a weeks time and it turned out to be months

I have had a terrible experience with Sovran. I started out by communicating with them through email and they never replied back. Then when I called them they told me that my account was already in progress and that I needed to come in and see them. When I got there they said that my account was already closed because my last payment wasnt received yet... really They dont even seem to care about their customers

Do not use this company. They are terrible at managing IT services and dont know how to do anything other than manage their own computers. Ive had to go through multiple channels with them to get my service jumper restored and they have refused to do any work on my computer because it was out of their control. Do not bother using them if youre looking for a managed IT service company.
