is the worst. Ive had to call them more than once because our current IT support is not up to par. The customer service is very unprofessional and does not seem to understand how technology works. We have also had to deal with some issues with their software that we were not expecting. Overall I would not recommend this company to anyone.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERrible AND THEIR SOFTWARE IS NICE BUT THEY ARE NOT UP TO PAR.

Company.I just sent in a request for a job and now Im getting multiple messages from company spadetechnology.com asking me to come in for an interview. I have completefilled applications phone consultations and offer letters. This is really being asked out of businesses need for someone to do something they know and are good at when they could be doing something else. Its frustrating because I really want to work here but its just not right. Thank you for the offer letters though

I have had the pleasure of working with this company twice now. The first time was during the construction of a new office. They were there when things got bad and needed help getting through to their customers. The second time was more recently when they were out of power for two days due to something that happened in China. Theyre always willing to put themselves in an position where they cant do anything about it but theyll use whatever means necessary to get back in power. In the end it will just result in them staying in business by providing what they believe is a need be without customer satisfaction.
