I was extremely disappointed with company specialcaresys.com. The communication systems they provide are terrible and do not work at all. I had to call them multiple times to get my system working and it was always a mess. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This Company is source of trouble. First of all they are very slow in getting your call through. Then there are the customer service problems. All of them. One time I had to call them because my daughters doctor said she was hasine to be taken to the ER and he had sent her directly to therationisti-chirurgery. When I got there the doctor was already there and she was cryingbecause she thought she had a bled too hard or b not been properly checked out. She also had a large gash on her neck and I was able to help her into bed and then take her form here until the doctors got back from their vacation. Finally they get my wifes phone number and tell me they will do what they can without her but that they will have to go through other means for us since we are not our original customers. We have now been without our phone for over two weeks and our company specialcares
